Phil Lamberty has been a member of the Premier team for over 23 years.  After graduating from Princess Anne High School, Phil’s Vo Tech teacher helped him secure a job working at Premier.

Phil began working for the company as a laborer in the shop.  He quickly transitioned into a cabinet maker for the company’s Cabinetry division.  From that position, Phil moved on to become a machinist, primarily operating the CNC machine.  In this position Phil was responsible for running all the cabinet and architectural parts for the entire shop.  In addition, this position required Phil to manage the flow of parts through the shop.  Due to his attention to detail and his understanding of the industry, Phil was promoted to shop foreman in 2001.  He has held this position for the last nine years.  Phil’s favorite aspect of his job is standing back and admiring the work he manages.  He is especially proud to be a part of every job he has helped bring to completion.
